If you know me, I am a list maker. I make list's for Christmas, packing for a big trip, planning college. Anything that can be put in list form, I've put it there.. So I thought what a good way to write out what I would like to see happen this summer better than a list! I also thought I would share it with you in case you are a list maker too, and wanted to add some of these to your list!
Summer 2014
-Graduate! I have finished with school, but I have technically I haven't graduated yet. I am just waiting to get my diploma, and for Liberty to get my final transcripts!
-Graduation Party! We are in the middle of planning my graduation party. We've planned it for after all the big grad parties around in hopes that more people will be able to come! I can't wait to celebrate one last time before college with my friends and family. We are going with an unique menu.. We are going to be having BBQ and all the fixins' that go with it! It is going to be delicious!!
-Finish College Shopping. I knew shopping for college was going to be a huge fet, so we have started early. I have also been privileged enough to be able to have some pretty awesome family members and friends that have been buying me stuff for college too!! I think I am pretty blessed! Right now I have a mini fridge, comforter, sheets, and a TV for my dorm. I also have a couple of towels and some wash clothes. I also have been given some cleaning supplies, general essentials, beauty products, and snacks. Those are the things that we had on our list. There is so much more that I need.. I'm hoping my graduation party will help with that too!!
-Spend time with family and friends. I am going to be leaving in a little under 90 days for college, and that doesn't leave me much time to spend with the ones I love. I want to make the summer before I go to college one to remember, and I want to be doing things that will last!
-Take More Pictures! One of the ways that I like to remember the good times is with pictures. I want pictures that I can put in my dorm to remind me of the times that I had with the ones I love. Pictures are going to be my main source of dorm decor, so I will need a lot of them!
I think that is a good list to start off with, and I can't wait to add more too the list!! I hope to be adding more as I think about it, so come back and check the Summer '14 BL page at the top of the blog often!
