I am going to rewind my entire week and weekend in one big post. I have been at my grandparents since last Tuesday, so I haven't had time to blog because I have been spending time with family!
Wednesday: Church and sweating to absolute death.. It was REALLY hot Tuesday and Wednesday!! I also took some graduation pictures for my cousin! She got her cap and gown that day, and it called for a photo shoot!
Thursday: After my cousin got out of school, we went to Michaels to get craft supplies for dorm crafts!! It was super fun to be able to spend that time with her! We also were keeping track of our money and using coupons, so it made me feel really grown up that we were trying to get the best for our money! We ended up getting a lot for our money! I was super proud. I'm going to post pictures of those things later!
Friday: We went down to the beach so I could take some couples pictures for my cousin and her boyfriend, and so they could go surfing.. While we were heading there we were in a little accident. The Lord definitely kept us safe and was protecting us. We had come to a complete stop, the car behind us had come to a complete stop, but the 3rd car couldn't stop and hit the car behind us. It was a little car, so it had to have been going pretty fast to push a SUV with it's breaks applied into another SUV. The back window was shattered out of the car that I was in, and the back is messed up on it. The expedition had some front damage. I'm not too sure about the back because I didn't get out of the car. Thankfully no one was hurt in the accident and I have the Lord to thank for that. We (I) was just a little shaken up after the fact, but once I knew that everyone was okay, I was fine. After the accident we still went to the beach and took some amazing pictures! Other than the accident, the day was really great!
Saturday: We went and got pedicures with the girls! It was just a girly day and it was a blast! Totally a relaxing thing to do after being stressed from the accident. Just laughing and carrying on was the best! After pedicures, I had to make some brownies to celebrate Ben's birthday. I made regular brownies and added m&m's and rolo's to the batter. On the top after they came out of the oven, I added chopped reese's! They were really good if I do say so myself! While they were cooking and before we had to head to dinner, I started working on some of the crafts that I had started. I bought canvas' to paint for my dorm! They really turned out nice!
Sunday: Church and cleaning. My aunt and uncle had someone coming over to see their house that is for sale. We had to clean up the house from the weekend and get it looking presentable. After doing that, it was time for church again. That night, my cousin and her boyfriend helped me finish up the crafts. It was seriously so much fun doing that with them!
Monday: My grandmother and I hung out! We went shopping and looking for different things for my dorm room! I am in totally college mode and I can't wait to be there! I also got to see a picture of my dorm that is being built! It is seriously SO pretty!
Tuesday: Heading home.
