Weekend Rewind

I'm afraid to say it, but I think Spring has Sprung! Now for my area, we are supposed to be getting some sort of cold weather next week, but I'm praying that it doesn't come! I'm really hoping that it stays warm and sunny! I love being able to have my blinds open and get sunshine in my room! It adds a lot of great natural light, and it also warms the room up! Now on the the weekend rewind!


Friday we went to a friend's house to try and close out our Origami Owl party, and we also made Chinese dumplings. They are my grandmother's recipe that she learned when she was in China, and she passed it on to my mom and I. They are so yummy, and VERY addicting. Like once you eat one, you can't stop eating them. I absolutely love them, and so trying to stop eating them once I start is difficult! We made normal ones that we usually make, but then we also tried making strictly veggie ones. I didn't think I would like the veggie ones, but I ended up liking them! My comforter for school also came! I was super excited! It looked exactly like the picture online, and it is SUPER soft! It will be perfect for my dorm room.
 
Saturday my little sister had a birthday party to go to. It was one of her cheerleading friends, and she had a good time. Mom and I stayed there while they had the party going, and we looked at Origami Owl stuff on Pinterest. I'm having a Facebook Origami Owl party in April *hint hint* and we were looking at stuff that we want to get when I have that! (Side note, we have been SO excited to get our stuff, and we got word that it shipped today!!!!) That night we had a teen activity to go to at one of the members of our church's house. We played the game pictionary before we had to leave. We had to get home because it was time change Sunday, and it would be kinda bad if the pastor and his family weren't on time for church!

Sunday was church, and than just relaxing. Ben went to a youth night, but I didn't go this time. He had a lot of fun, and he said that our friend was the one that gave the devotion!

Well that was my weekend! What did y'all do?!
