New Hair Do

A couple of days ago it was time for a change, and a hair cut was the perfect thing to satisfy that yearning!  I went with my mom when she goes to get her hair cut and I got eight inches cut off my hair. You're probably thinking, that is a TON of hair.. Well it kind of is. My hair feels a TON lighter! (See what I did there?!) ;) That was stupid joke! Lol! Anywhoo back to the hair cut.. Along with getting eight inches cut off of it, I also had layers put in it, and it was thinned. My hairdresser did an amazing job. She is so stinkin' talented.. She made my hair not feel so thick, and she even taught me the way to keep thick hair curly. Although, I think she has magical curling powers because I haven't been able to keep it curled like she did. You can definitely tell she is a small town hairdresser, because she also let me borrow the curling iron that she curled my hair with until one of her colleagues can go and get one for me. It is a Hot Tools large barrel curling iron, and it works perfect for my thick board straight hair. I can usually get one good day out of the curls. By the end of the night they usually fall out. If they haven't fallen out by the end of the night, they will fall out when I'm sleeping. Enough talk about my hair, I know y'all are probably tired of me talking about it. I just love it! Great job Laura!!

Before and after. Everyone says I look older and I agree! I love it, and it is perfect for school! So easy to manage! Basically it takes me fifteen minutes to curl it, and then I'm ready to go!
