Friday was a school day, and getting things sent off for my second quarter. I had to make sure all my grades were recorded, all my papers were written (thankfully I only had to write one this quarter!!), all the tests were taken, and just make sure everything was in order. After doing all of that, I did two lessons of school to get caught up. It was a long day, but I got a lot accomplished!
Saturday mid-morning, I went to a friend's house to celebrate her birthday with her!! We went to visit my friend's sister's house and then went to this little rinky dink shop that had just about EVERYTHING in it. It was really crowded with stuff not people. Every where I looked I saw something new. It was floor to ceiling with everything under the sun. After going there, we just headed back home to fix dinner and make a banana cake! We stayed up talking late into the night, and it was sooo much fun! It was just a good time getting to talk just us girls!
Sunday was church, and then town all day after that. We went to lunch, and then shopping for my friends birthday. We went to the mall, target, DSW, and just different places! We went to lunch at Applebee's and I got the honey and pepper chicken with potatoes and green beans. It was okay, I didn't like the sauce because it was a bit too sweet for me. I bought 5 mini hand sanitizers at Bath and Body works, and then at target, I got a water bottle and some elf makeup. My water bottle that I blogged about the other day got thrown away by accident, and I needed a new one. The contigo one that I bought was on sale, and it was just screaming out my name. It was saying "Katelyn, Katelyn buy me buy me." How could you pass that up?! The elf makeup was $1-$3 so it was a pretty good buy! When we got back home last night, we just relaxed and watched a movie.
This morning, we got up and it was my best friend's birthday!! Happy Birthday Lisa! :) My brother and I had a dentist appointment this afternoon, and it was not fun! I found out that I have a couple of cavities, even though I take good care of my teeth. It always gets the best of us! Lol! I also found out that I have to get my wisdom teeth taken out. They want to do it in early summer. I am going to be moving on campus in August, so I guess they want me to be good and healed before I move. I'm not really looking forward to them being taken out. They don't hurt at all, and I only have two of the four in my mouth right now, but I guess they want to just take them all out. That was the bad news of today, and it was kind of a bummer.
