Update

"Now the Lord is that Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

You're probably wondering why number one, why I have the verse up there, and number two, why I have the word "liberty" is in italics. Well the reason for this is... I HAVE PROVISIONALLY BEEN ACCEPTED TO LIBERTY UNIVERSITY!!! I can't believe that this is really happening. Now, I know that everyone is thinking, well they really have only gotten your application, but for them to send me an official letter letting me know that is completely awesome! Three months ago, I never thought I would get to this point. Three months ago I was still looking into colleges the opposite direction of Liberty. Three months ago I didn't have the peace that I have now. 

Liberty University (LU) has always been my dream school, but because of the price, I didn't think it would work out. I wouldn't hand it to God and let him figure out the finances. I had chosen another college that was in "my" price range. I had everything figured out, and I was dead set in going there. About a month ago, I went to Convo at LU and ABSOLUTELY loved it! I could see myself going to Convo M/W/F. I could see myself walking around campus with friends having the time of my life. I could see myself at Liberty University.

I told my mom that I would like to start looking into the finance part of LU. I was scared to make that change in my plans, (I am a VERY planned person, and like to know what I am doing) but after I finally made those changes, I felt this peace. Like this is where I am supposed to be. I am supposed to go to Liberty University. 

Now that you know the background to the story, I can now tell you what is going to happen in the days to come. I am going to be taking my ACT test on December 14th. I would greatly appreciate if you would pray for me as I go to take them. Please pray that I will remember what I have learned, and be able to recall it when the time comes. I have never taken any kind of test like this, so this will be new to me. 

My essay has been sent in, and will go in the file with my application. After taking my test, I will send in my transcripts from PCA and they will also go into the file with my application and essay. When everything they need is there they will look over all the different components and make a decision. Please pray that the decision will come quickly. 

I really can't believe that this is really happening. I never thought in a million years I would be provisionally accepted to my dream school, and being on my way to being officially accepted to Liberty University with the intention of becoming a nurse. 

I know school isn't going to be easy, and I know that I will probably spend all my time studying, but if God wants me at LU then he will make the way. Please pray for me as I transition into the college phase!!
