So my last post I had said that is blog would be transitioning from a college blog to a photography blog, well I kinda told a fib. I didn't really lie though, I just changed my mind. After a couple of days, this blog will become non existent, and I will just have my photography blog! Sad I know, but things are changing and things are progressing, and I feel the need to just have things all the same! My photography has really taken off, and I want to start blogging about that, and not about college!

Wooooahh!
Hey y'all! So I feel so bad that I have left you guys out of the loop here lately! If you follow me on instagram (@katelyn_godfrey) then you have gotten a little bit of college life around here. We are getting ready to go on our Thanksgiving break and it doesn't seem possible! It is crazy that I started classes almost 4 months ago, and I am already finished with a lot of those classes and have registered for classes for Spring semester!
Anywhooo, I promised dorm pictures a looooooonggggg time ago, and now they are here! Enjoy!
This is my closet section! It doesn't look like this now because things have changed, but this is what it kinda looks like still!
My bed and desk area! Everything pink and I LOVE it! My roommate hadn't moved in yet, so that is why her side is not filled.
Things are going to be changing yet again with the blog and I am going to be converting it to a photography blog! So that is really exciting! You'll be able to see shoots that I have done!

Stay With Me
A lot of things have been happening in the last couple of weeks, and are going to continue to happen over the next few days and I probably won't have time to do a lot of blogging! I promise I will be back and I will share my dorm room!! I can't wait! I move in ONE WEEK from today. I really can't believe it's already time!

Favorite Etsy Shops
I am all the time on the lookout for good etsy shops to buy from. I have a thing for monograms, and that is usually what I purchased! I am going to share some of my favorites with y'all!
Britts Monograms
I bought a monogrammed mason jar tumbler from her shop, and at the time she was having a promo, if you spent more than ten dollars, you would get a free monogram decal! I hopped all over that one, because I love a deal.
LacyLaneDesigns
I just ordered a monogrammed decal for below my keyboard on my Mac. It is Lilly Pulitzer inspired! I also just purchased a tumbler for class! (Monogrammed of course and Lilly inspired)
SPCMonograms
I just bought a canvas and monogrammed decal for my phone from this shop. I can't wait to get everything I have ordered!
Silly Little Girls
I bought a new shirt for football season at LU! It has the logo on the sleeve and my monogram on the front. I can't wait to wear it to all the games! LU peeps, its red so I can be early, be loud, and wear RED!!

Weekend Rewind
It's been a couple of weeks since I did a weekend rewind. Well here I am rewinding last weekend!
Friday: Mac Day! I got up, ordered my Mac, and then got ready to go get it. Apple has this cool feature where you can order online, and then pick it up at an Apple Store near you. You could get it that same day, and I didn't have to have it shipped and potentially get it broken or something like that. I am impatient, and I knew I wouldn't be able to handle waiting on it. We went to visit family that day as well! I was able to get some pictures of my brand new cousin! She is SO cute! If you have liked my photography page on Facebook, then you have probably seen that shoot!
Saturday: My grandparents had VBS all day so the little kids went to that while I went out with my family! We went to breakfast first.. Cracker Barrel! Yum! After that we headed to the mall and then to Target for dorm shopping! I got a lot of good stuff for my dorm!! I think I am almost done shopping. I only have a couple more things to get!
Sunday: Church and then a photo shoot! I had a shoot with our local Miss Scottsville and her fiancé. They were so cute! I loved being able to do those pictures for them! I think that I am more excited for the pictures sometimes than the client is! I just get really excited when I am able to capture the smiles that will last forever!
Monday: I had a meeting today with my boss and we went over some stuff that I will need to know before I go to school. I am her social media gal, and I love it! Social media is my thing, and being able to work in it is amazing! Today we had pictures and working on the website. I need to know these things for when I am at school and can't meet with her right away. I can't wait to see where this is heading, and I am really excited about it! She is a local artist, and is currently taking commission work! Go check out her site at here!
